At Opul Hair, we take great care to ensure every order meets our high standards of quality. Because our products are premium, 100% authentic raw human hair, returns and refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we have made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product. If your order does not suit your personal preference, we may offer store credit instead, but this is considered individually.

Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Hair that has been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return or refund.

Specially Sourced Hair
Hair that has been sourced specifically for you cannot be returned, as it is ordered uniquely to meet your specifications.

We review each case carefully to ensure fairness, but please understand that due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are strictly limited.
